In order to complete contracts to the fullest satisfaction of all, we employ full-time staff on a permanent basis. Qualified freelance staff from a permanent network are then called on to cope with seasonal workloads and peaks in demand.
Many of our employees are qualified as locksmiths, joiners, carpenters, painters, drywall builders, scaffolders, fitters and electricians.
In order to make the best possible use of these qualifications and the practical experience gained in assembly and dismantling operations, we are committed to long-term ties with our employees.
When it comes to implementing projects, this concept enables us to rely on a sound team of seasoned crew leaders and qualified assembly staff.
